Rice

Urad Dal

Ginger Garlic Paste

Preparation

Wash and cook at least 4 hours, ideally overnight

Let rest, 2 hours

Heat till oil starts smoking, turn off heat and let the oil cool slightly.

Cook for 5 whistles, fermented batter

Add water as needed for batter of pour into hot oil in one single stream.
